These terms govern your use of the PenniVox WhatsApp Business assistant. By messaging our WhatsApp number, you agree to these terms.
The assistant provides informational responses based on data available in our systems. It may use automated tools and artificial intelligence. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. For authoritative balances, reports, and legal records, rely on your official PenniVox records and authorised staff.
The assistant is offered for legitimate business communication. You must not impersonate others or use the service in a way that violates law or our policies.
You must not misuse the service, including by sending unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or overloading or interfering with the service. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary.
Content we provide remains our property or that of our licensors where applicable. You receive a limited right to use responses for your internal business purposes.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PenniVox and its suppliers disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses, except where such limitations are not permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PenniVox from claims arising from your misuse of the assistant or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to PenniVox in Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
