This page explains how you can request deletion or restriction of personal data associated with your use of the PenniVox WhatsApp Business assistant.
You may ask us to delete or stop processing WhatsApp conversation content and related logs (stored in our assistant database: session and message tables keyed by your WhatsApp number), where we are not required to retain them for legal, regulatory, accounting, or security reasons.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. If we must retain certain information, we will explain the basis where we are permitted to do so.
Deletion of WhatsApp assistant logs does not automatically delete underlying accounting, invoice, or company records in PenniVox. Those requests are handled separately by your organisation’s administrators and our normal support processes.
