User data deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion or restriction of personal data associated with your use of the PenniVox WhatsApp Business assistant.

What you can request

You may ask us to delete or stop processing WhatsApp conversation content and related logs (stored in our assistant database: session and message tables keyed by your WhatsApp number), where we are not required to retain them for legal, regulatory, accounting, or security reasons.

How to submit a request

  1. From the WhatsApp account whose data you want addressed, message our official PenniVox WhatsApp Business number and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of assistant conversation data, or
  2. Contact us through the channels indicated on va.pennivox.com, including your WhatsApp number in international format (for example +92…) and, if applicable, your company or account name so we can verify your request.

Verification and timing

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable law. If we must retain certain information, we will explain the basis where we are permitted to do so.

Billing and accounting records

Deletion of WhatsApp assistant logs does not automatically delete underlying accounting, invoice, or company records in PenniVox. Those requests are handled separately by your organisation’s administrators and our normal support processes.
